Getting Started:

  • Is NexGen a Broker?
    • No, NexGen is a Training and Development company affiliated to a broker i.e. Commex Trade

 

  • How do I get more information on the NexGen offering?

Kindly ensure that you supply us with your contact & geographic location eg. Town> Province/State> Country, so we may respond with the appropriate information for your area.

 

 

Accounts:

  • How do I open an account?
    • In order to open an account you have to choose which type of account you are seeking i.e. Micro, Standard, Premier or Institutional.
    • You must provide us with a copy of your ID or passport plus a proof of residence (utility bill).
    • The brokerage must receive all required documents to start the account opening process the brokerage will then check your application. Once accepted, the brokerage will set up an account for you and THEY will contact you to inform you of your username and password and provide you with the wiring instructions.

 

  • How long does it take the brokerage to set up the account from the date of application?
    • Usually the account is set up within one day. The brokerage verifies that the documentation is in order and afterwards its back office sets up the account.

 

  • What is the minimum amount to open an account?
    • The minimum amount to open a Micro account is $500
    • The minimum amount to open a Standard account is $2,000
    • The minimum amount to open a Premier account is $10,000
    • The minimum amount to open an institutional account is $100,000.

 

  • I don't have a passport - can I open an account with another piece of identity?
    • Yes, any official piece of identification with photo and signature is acceptable.

 

  • Can I withdraw my money whenever I want?
    • Yes! Just fill in the online withdrawal form and the broker will send the money to your bank account automatically.

 

  • Are there any fees involved with the withdrawal of funds?
    • Prime4x does not charge any fees for processing a withdrawal request however banks normally charge a small fee for the procedure.

 

  • How do I transfer my funds?
    • Funds are accepted by two methods, wire transfer and via credit card.

 

  • Can I transfer funds from my trading account to the trading account of another client?
    • No, it is forbidden to transfer funds between different clients’ accounts.

 

  • Do you charge fees or commissions when opening an account with a broker?
    • No, our chosen brokers do not charge any fees or commission. The client’s only cost is the spread.

 

 

Trading Platform:

  • Why doesn't the Market watch show all currency pairs in my platform?
    • If the Market Watch does not feature all instruments, just put the cursor somewhere in the Market Watch, right-click and choose 'Show All'. All pairs, including gold and silver prices, should now appear in the market watch.

 

  • After downloading and installing the Trading Platform, the trading platform says 'no connection'. How do I connect?
    • It is important that you open a demo account in the system when you download the platform. Because, the trading system will not connect if there is no account created. If you skipped to fill the grey box that popped up when you installed the platform , few steps to create demo account; just go to 'File' in the menu and choose 'Open an Account'. Fill the box that appears and remember to tick the box about newsletters. You should now receive an account with login and password and you will connect to the server - please accept the system updates, when proposed.

 

  • Does the Trading Platform have the trailing stop loss feature?
    • The Trading Platform offer trailing stop loss feature to its clients, which is activated for both demo account platform and for live accounts. To activate the Trailing Stop loss on a position, go to 'Trade' in the 'Terminal' at the bottom of the trading platform, right-click and choose Trailing Stops. Please note that you have to be making a profit of minimum 15 pips before you can activate it.

 

  • Does the trading platform allow hedging positions?
    • Yes, the Trading Platform allows Clients to open hedge positions, however this may vary between varying brokers.

 

  • How can I increase the security of my Trading Platform and create a password?
    • Once the user opens the trading platform it will be log in automatically. To increase the security you can create your own password by the following steps:1. Open the menu bar and select 'Tools' >  2. Then choose 'Options' > 3. on the 'Server' tab, locate 'Keep personal settings and data at startup' > 4.  Remove the check. Now each time you wish to start trading and open up your platform you will be required to login with your password. To change your password use the 'Change' button on the same tab, you will need to have the existing password to make this change.

 

  • How can I print the provided report without saving them?
    • In order to print the Trading Platform provided reports, you have to save it first, then it will be easy to be printed.

 

  • What should I do if prices on my screen do not update?
    • Try to check the connection of your pc.
